Your request is in. A licensed roofer serving your city will call or text you, usually within a few business hours.

While you wait

Have this ready when they call: roughly how old the roof is if you know it, what you're seeing (a leak, missing tiles, storm damage, a full replacement you're planning), and whether it's an active insurance claim. Photos of the damage and, if you can safely get one, a wide shot of the whole roof from the ground help a contractor scope the job before they even show up.

If a storm just came through and you have an active leak, put a bucket under it and move anything valuable out of the way before you do anything else. Our monsoon damage checklist covers what to photograph and document for your insurer while you wait for the callback. If your roof was already scheduled for a full replacement, the Arizona roof replacement cost guide is worth a read before the contractor's quote lands, so you know what a fair range looks like.
